Interactive templates now available for Lifescripts |
| The ADGP has developed interactive templates for each of the Lifescripts risk factors. Templates are now available in the Lifescripts Resource Library on ADGP’s website at www.adgp.com.au. Change the category to ‘Lifescripts Templates’ in the drop down list to view all the templates and the instructions for downloading them into the letter writer facility in Medical Director. The electronic templates are based on the hard copy Lifescripts resources published by the Commonwealth Department of Health.
